Change in prices of goods

Bearsdelight.com has the right to change prices at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice to users. The price of the goods does not include VAT. The price is the final one paid by the user of the site.

The value of the transport costs for delivery, which are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods, can be seen in the section Terms and Delivery.

The payment of the goods is in accordance with Art. 93 paragraph 1 of the Law on Obligations and Contracts (LLC), for which the relevant document is received.

Refusal of the goods

You, as a consumer, have the right to refuse the ordered goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods, in case they have not been used except for a sample (functionality of the goods, size matching), the integrity of their packaging has not been damaged and preserved commercial form (all labels, stickers, etc. must be on the goods) in which it was received and the conditions under Art. 55 of the PPE.

If a defective product is found, within 24 hours. from its receipt and if the commercial appearance of the goods and packaging is intact, we undertake to replace it with a new one according to the warranty conditions of the relevant manufacturer or to refund the value of the goods paid by you, according to Article 55 of the PPE, starting from the date, to which you as users have exercised your right of refusal. After this period or in case of violation of the commercial type or packaging of the goods, the repair of the goods is undertaken by the repair shops specified in the warranty card. Transport and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are borne by Bearsdelight.com. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the characteristics indicated on the page, the supplier refunds the entire amount paid by the user, including the transport costs paid by the user for acquiring the goods in accordance with Art. 59 paragraph 3 of the PPE and within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and the undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and packaging.

Upon receipt of the shipment, you must check the contents of the package for compliance of the goods with the request.

In case of violations in the appearance of the goods that occurred during transport, you should contact the courier for a damaged shipment report. Orders not requested and not received by our office within 14 days are automatically cancelled.
