Protection of the personal data of every buyer who is a natural person is ensured by the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 1 of the State Gazette dated 04.01.2002, amended in No. 15 of 02.15.2015 in force from 01.01.2014. The buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data, including the following:
  • The full name
  • Home address/residential address
  • ID
  • Tax reference number
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number (hereinafter referred to collectively as "personal data")

The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the Seller, for the purposes of fulfilling the rights and obligations under the contract and for the purposes of maintaining a user account. If the buyer does not choose another option, he/she agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller, as well as for the purposes of sending the buyer promotional information, commercial messages (newsletters) or other forms of marketing materials for the buyer.

The buyer confirms that he is obliged to provide his personal data (for registration, in their user account, when ordering from the online store without registration) correctly and truthfully and without undue delay and to notify the seller of the change in his personal data.

A third party may be appointed to process the buyer's personal data. Apart from the persons processing the personal data of the buyer, access to the data will not be granted to third parties by the seller, without the prior consent of the buyer. Personal data is processed for an indefinite period of time. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or printed on paper.

The buyer confirms that the personal data provided by him is accurate and that he has been informed in advance that he must voluntarily provide his personal data. In the event that the buyer considers that the seller or the processor processing his personal data is doing so in a way that is incompatible with the protection of his personal life or is contrary to the law, especially if the personal data is incompatible with the purposes of the processing, the buyer may:
ask the seller or processor for an explanation,
to ask the seller or processor to change this situation.
If the buyer requests information regarding the processing of his personal data, the seller should provide this information. The seller has the right to provide the information in accordance with the preceding sentence, which requires reasonable compensation and does not exceed the costs of providing the necessary information.
Supervision over the protection of personal data is carried out by the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

Sending commercial messages and the use of cookies

The buyer agrees to receive information related to goods, services, or activity from the seller to the buyer's e-mail address and agrees to receive commercial communications from the seller to the buyer's e-mail address. The buyer agrees to save cookies on his computer. In the event that the purchase can be made on the website and the seller fulfills the obligations under the contract without storing cookies on the buyer's computer, the buyer can revoke his consent according to the previous sentence at any time.

Third parties

For some operations (e.g. transportation of goods) it is necessary to transfer personal data to third parties (e.g. courier).
