Deliveries are fulfilled with courier services ECONT, SPEEDY, or EUROPAT to the address or office of the company.

We will send out the delivery within 3 working days (this is our deadline). The delivery time is according to the conditions of the courier.
The deadlines apply to orders placed before 3:00 p.m. The deadline for delivery of orders placed after 3:00 p.m. is extended by one working day.
In exceptional circumstances and for reasons beyond our control, delivery times may not be met.
If we are unable to fulfill your request, we take the responsibility to contact you and inform you.
When specifying a delivery address, please ensure that on the day that the goods will be delivered, you or another person will be at that address.
Once you have finalized your order, you will receive an email with all the order information to the email address you provided during registration.
When an order is placed, we will contact you by phone for clarification and confirmation.
Personal delivery is possible within the cities of Varna and Dulovo.
